"The warm, dry summer created a more forward version of our elegant and expressive Rose’ of Cabernet Franc. We preserved its minerality by fermenting and ageing it in stainless steel barrels, untouched for 5 months. We love its beautiful salmon pink color and fresh fruits. It’s a perfumey wine with floral top notes of narcissus and cherry blossom. At its core are juicy ripe melon, sweet orange and strawberry. It’s our preferred summer sipper!"
